We can easily accommodate 6 to 8 cars in the driveway and side entrance. After that we can park cars on the lawn just east of the main house. We encourage guests to arrange, through Katy, appropriate shuttles from downtown hotels to the venue. Under no circumstances will we allow parking on Bear Cub Road.

Yes and a large portion of the lawns can easily accommodate tents.

It is important to us to be fully accessible as we adapt 60+ year old venue but for now, with advance notice, we will make the necessary accommodations to host guests requiring wheelchair access.

Clean up and cleaning in general will be included in the rental fee.

To us, wedding season is every season. We are happy to serve you any day of the year.

You can access the property at least one day prior to the event. If you desire more time, we certainly can accommodate pending availability.

In the Adirondack Park (which we are in), all “noise” needs to stop by 9PM. What that means is outdoor bands, music and otherwise. Indoors, you can keep the party rolling to whatever time you desire.

Yes, one dog is permitted with an additional cleaning fee. If Fluffy really needs to come, let’s talk.
